Cellnet’s commitment to their customers leads to termination of Jabra

Cellnet Group Ltd announced today that they have terminated their relationship with Jabra and will no longer supply their products.

CEO for the Group, Stuart Smith, stated that in recent months Jabra had continually been unable to provide sufficient stock of key product lines resulting in Cellnet being unable to satisfy their customers’ expectations.

“Our customers plan product ranges months in advance and include catalogues with products which we need to ensure are supplied – Jabra has not been able to meet both our requirements nor those of our customers and we have unfortunately had to terminate this relationship. We are in discussion with Jabra to ensure a transition period to limit the impact on our customers but have already managed to secure alternative products to at least the same standard.

“We are constantly improving service to our customers and as a distributor this action is taken as a last resort – however, our focus on customer service and an improved reliable product offering is not able to accommodate inconsistent sporadic supply over prolonged periods of time.”

“With the recent additions to our Bluetooth line-up, and further additions to be announced in coming weeks, we are confident that we have the product set that will ensure Cellnet can focus on providing high levels of service and product fulfilment to its partners.
